This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through the Seventh Element website. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation by the Customer:

    • Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
    • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at sales@seventhelement.in. Please include your order number in your communication.
    • If the cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe and the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
    • If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return and will be subject to our Return Policy (see Section 2).  
  • Cancellation by Seventh Element:

    • We reserve the right to cancel an order for various reasons, including but not limited to
      • Product unavailability.
      • Errors in pricing or product information. 
      • Suspicion of fraudulent activity. 
      • Inability to process payment.
      • Shipping restrictions to certain locations.
    • If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

2. Returns and Refunds

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Seventh Element. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund, subject to the following conditions:
    • Eligibility for Return:
      • You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.
      • The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all original tags and accessories intact.
    • Return Process:
      • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@seventhelement.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
      • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s). You may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. 
      • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the return shipment is adequately insured, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
    • Refund Process:
      • Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
      • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
      • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.  
      • The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund (as per our Return Policy) and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within [48 hours] of receiving the order) at sales@seventhelement.in with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. 
  • We will assess the issue and, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective product, incorrect item shipped).
