• The available shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the destination and the weight/dimensions of your order.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
  
  • Destination of the shipment.
  • Weight and dimensions of the package.
  • Selected shipping method.
• The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your order.
• If applicable, the details of any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
• For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipment Tracking

• Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and the carrier’s policies. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be held at their local facility for a limited time before being returned to us. You may need to contact the carrier directly to arrange for redelivery or pickup.

• In some cases, if your order contains items that are fulfilled from different locations or have varying availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments. You will be notified if your order is being split.
